English language proficiency is no longer a soft outcome of education. For the very large majority of the world's English learners (those growing up in countries where English is not the mother tongue), it is a measurable national capability that shapes how a generation participates in higher learning, in the workforce, and in the opportunities a globally connected world unlocks.
Yet despite that strategic weight, there is no platform built specifically around the institutional realities of how English is actually taught and learned by these students: those for whom English is effectively a second language acquired largely within the English classroom itself. Existing solutions are retrofitted from elsewhere: pedagogically misaligned, contextually distant, and indifferent to the operating cadence of real classrooms and the standards real institutions hold.

Mohideen Abdul Khader is an entrepreneur and strategic partnerships specialist with over twenty years of experience developing ventures, securing collaborations, and leading complex projects across Southeast Asia and international markets. As Founder and CEO of Thinkplate Pte Ltd, he has built a reputation for connecting ideas, capital, stakeholders, and execution teams to create commercially sustainable businesses.
His experience extends beyond the media industry into biofuel development, environmental technology, sustainability-linked projects, and community-focused initiatives, including advisory and leadership roles supporting public, private, and non-profit sector organisations. Combining entrepreneurial thinking with proven project delivery capabilities, Mohideen specialises in transforming concepts into scalable ventures that generate measurable economic and social outcomes.
An education technology professional with close to two decades of experience in EdTech sales, partnerships, and platform adoption across multiple markets.
Kunhi has spent his career bringing advanced educational platforms into enterprise and institutional markets, from founding 3D ClassWorks, an award-winning EdTech company that extended 3D learning to more than 50,000 students and educators, to leading the regional rollouts of multiple AI-powered personalised learning platforms (Cerebry among them) across more than 20,000 students and 400 teachers. His proximity to teachers, students, and the latest in AI gives him a distinctive read on how to translate technology into genuine pedagogical impact.
